Very nice hotel with character that is a close to the action in downtown San Cristobal de Las Casas, but off the beaten path enough that it is quiet and peaceful. The staff were quite nice and arranged a taxi for me to the airport when I left. The rooms are cozy, but well maintained.

The staff is friendly, however, they refused first to give a third towel to our friends in a room that we booked for three people. They did it only for the second request. The place looks authentic and nice but be aware that there is no heating at all. There is hot water in the shower and extra blankets for the beds.
