Very nice hotel! The value is amazing. The rooms are quiet and very clean, shower is perfect with good hot water and pressure. Great mattresses and linen. Excellent service from the staff, and the patio is beautiful. My only stop when I come back to San Cristóbal!

This hotel is nicely located for all of the main sights of the city. The staff were pleasant, the house keeping staff were very friendly and cheerful. Everything was very clean and breakfast was very nice. The bathroom had nowhere for you to put anything, a shelf would have been useful, the room was adequate however the noise was too much, we were woken very early each morning by guests leaving, the walls are so thin it was as though they were in the room with us.
