I love this hotel very much! I’ve stayed several times, and each time the service was excellent. It is close to Centro and other amenities you will need. The city view is breathtaking. I love the comfort of the rooms and the noise control. The breakfast is delicious. Everything is very planned and executed. Doña Juana is so kind when cleaning and organizes everything perfectly ! I love all the staff.

This is a busy hotel for good reason. Room clean and spacious. Staff helpful and professional. Comfortable bed. Good wifi albeit with occasional hiccups. Fabulous breakfast included with room reservation. Real hangers in closet. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for a city-view room because if those windows were like my room's windows, I would have been unhappy trying to see through grime-clouded glass.
