Staying here was one of the best experience during our trip. Due to nature of my work I spend almost 1/3 of my life in hotels and quality of service here was most likely the best I have ever had. On top of that the location is perfect, closeby to old points of interest. If you stay in the hoteI I also highly recommend taking a free city guided tour. All the best to fantastic crew: Emma, Sunny, Spring, Kimmi and Gavy. You made this stay special.

Such a lovely place!!! All the staff: Sunny, Spring, Kimmi and Gavy, were so friendly and helpful!! The rooms were so cute and had everything we needed, the bathroom was clean and relaxing and the lobby was such a nice place to just chill and hang out. I 1,000,000% recommend staying here if you want a relaxing place to retire when you’re done exploring the exciting nearby restaurants and stores. Our experience with Hoianese Tranquility Heritage Hotel has been nothing short of awesome! Their staff apeaks good English which made communication really easy. Their friendliness made our stay a very pleasant one. Sunny and Kimmy attended to us with so much care and concern. Our room was clean and linens are changed every day.
