Great location! Only a few blocks from Union Square and public transit including the streetcar turnaround point, easily walkable to downtown businesses if you're here for work. The cityscape lounge upstairs opens at 4 and is a great way to end the evening looking at panoramic of the city from up high at sunset or lit up in the evening. Thanks to Patti at the concierge, our trip was so much more enjoyable. Due to our circumstances, we had to completely change our day trip plans, but she was incredibly kind and recommended so many great activities we could enjoy with our child. We ended up having even more fun than with our original plans. Whenever we passed by, she always greeted us warmly and asked how our trip was going and if we needed anything. Because of her, we truly want to come back to this hotel again.
