We spent two nights at Hilton Lijiang. The welcome was great, especially thanks to Richard Li at the front desk — always smiling, attentive, and highly professional. He handled every request (like buying us the glacier park tickets) with care and warmth. Special thanks as well to Eric Wang in the restaurant, who provided impeccable service and made every breakfast a pleasure with his kindness and thoughtful gestures. I booked 2 king bed rooms for 3 people and they were both upgraded to suites. I was welcomed with fruit and nuts for the diamond status. The room is large and clean and has two floors like a loft. Since the executive lounge is not open, I am compensated with 200 yuan dining credit. This place is a perfect choice for vacation.
