I had a wonderful time staying in Hilton KL, the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities and amenities were top notch. Gym and swimming pool was good too. Had the breakfast and lunch buffet, both were great, especially lunch at Vasco. My company had an event and the banquet PIC Ms Fiza was also attentive and professional, overall just an awesome experience.

Hello, My wife and I spent one night at your hotel and were impressed with the level of service provided by all employees. This is a wonderful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. I want to give special recognition to Rizal and Sara who work at the exec lounge. They provided excellent service and went well beyond our expectations. I have stayed at Hilton properties all over the world and have yet to find a better example of the hospitality provided by Sara and Rizal. We are looking forwar

Good service starts right from entering the hotel lobby. Staff on duty always greet with a smile. Housekeeping staff unexpectedly left a cute bear with a note after cleaning the room. Strategic location, easy access, close to a shopping mall and KL Sentral. One downside, guests are required to put a deposit, which is about one day room rate. Perhaps a l

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Kuala Lumpur for a pre-celebration of my birthday, and the experience was made truly special thanks to the excellent service provided by the Executive Lounge team. From the moment I arrived until my departure, everything was seamless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. One of the most touching highlights of my stay was the special birthday celebration setup in my room. The thoughtful arrangement added a warm, personal touch and made the celeb

Stayed at the Hilton twice during our recent trip to Malaysia. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, and a highlight of our trip. We particularly enjoyed the ever-changing variety, and our one constant - the freshly prepared dosa masala. The rooms are well maintained but the interior is showing its age. Having stayed in 3 different rooms, I feel that a refresh is needed to bring them up to date and live up to the Hilton name even more.
