The front desk is wonderful, the dinner staff in the restaurant were great, and the spa was fantastic unexpectedly. I highly recommend!!!! Carlo at the front desk always had a smile and was patient no matter how many times I came to the front desk with a question. There needs to be a bit of updating here and there, but it is clean and comfortable. Be sure and stop by the spa and tip well (customary or not), they deserve it. We stayed as part of a package holiday through Tui (bed and breakfast) 21-25 September. Overall, I had a lovely stay. The ladies and gentlemen working at the hotel were professional, helpful and friendly. I just wish that my command of the Italian language was better 🙂. Comfortable bedroom, and the restaurant, bar and swimming facilities were good. Special thanks to Gigi at the bar for all his help and the “pink spritz” was excellent 🙂. I would stay here again.
