We stayed at the Hilton Hotel Fiji for 14 days and overall had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome – the hotel’s strong service culture is noticeable right away. All staff members were consistently extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. As Diamond Members, we received a complimentary room upgrade, which we truly appreciated. Our room was beautiful and featured a private pool – absolutely amazing and perfect for rela

The Fiji Hilton Resort truly delivers a world-class 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt premium and well thought out. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality at every meal. What stood out the most were the people—warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout our stay. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. Beautiful surroundings, great

Don’t get me wrong! this is definitely a 5-star luxury resort and one of the best when it comes to service. Whether at the lobby, pool, restaurant, or in-room with room service and housekeeping, the staff were consistently outstanding. Every time you’re greeted with a warm “Bula” and a big smile, which really adds to the experience. Breakfast and dinner were amazing as well (we didn’t have lunch there since we were usually out doing activities). The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 i

We came here for our honeymoon and unfortunately had a very underwhelming experience – the resort is dated and oversold (i.e. it is marketed as having 9 pools, but these are just subdivisions of 2-3 main pools). The food was unfortunately nothing special and there was very little atmosphere at the adults only beach club, which has a rule in place that you can't swim there after 6pm... Compared to the Sofitel next door, which has incredible food, atmosphere and genuinely feels like a 5+star resor

Dissatisfied in a few key aspects. They offer a service to check in to your return flight to Australia at the counter in Fiji. However they have one person serving. They don’t prioritise customers in a timely manner. They didn’t put my suitcase on the flight so it didn’t arrive in Australia. They put all the suitcases except mine on the truck so it didn’t make the flight. The person at desk was slow, the others were rude. And that’s how the holiday ended. The Hilton itself.we hired the 2bdm pent
