The hotel itself is beautiful and the pools are gorgeous with the perfect easy access to the beach front. The only let down was the extra added costs post check out of using facilities. We had two hours before we had to leave for our flights and staff charged us a whole day use of the premises for two hours. For such a grand hotel that’s insane.
