Great location! The rooms are enormous compared to most small rooms throughout the UK and in Europe. My room had a microwave, a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker! They’re basically like apartments. There isn’t any place to eat at the hotel, but the honesty room has tons of snacks (even vegan cheese!) and drinks. It’s definitely an older building so you’re gonna hear some noises here and there, but it was overall great for the price. Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We have 25-30ft ceilings and it is gigantic. We even have a view of the North Sea! Everything looks historical but is so comfortable, luxurious, and so well done. The towels are gigantic and fluffy, the water pressure is amazing. We had 2 bay view windows and the evening breeze is wonderful

What an amazing place to stay! Grateful to have found Hapimag. A short 10 minute walk to Princes Street and everything around. 20 min walk to Edinburgh Castle and 45 minute walk to Holyrood Palace (end of Royal Mile) so everything we wanted to see was in walking distance from here. Beautiful hotel. Everything about it was just great. Room was fantastic. Wife and daughter kept saying it reminded them of a Jane Austen movie. Decor was wonderful, beds were super comfy.
