It can be a very nice and top notch resort if they try to improve their room cleaning services and facilities. Their room looks like 90's room, rather than plastic matte I would prefer the wooden floor. The bed's head rest is broken, the electric kettle is broken. The sofa looks like they just took it out of the store room, dirty as hell. The bathroom doormat and bedside mat are dirty as hell. The bathtub is dirty as well. High commode was dirty the pipes were dirty. Those were cleaned for a long time. The table isn't clean since it's been placed in the room. There's tons of ant and other insects. They should do the pest control once in a week as the whole resort is surrounded by trees and bushes. But they didn't. Other hotels didn't have any vacancies That's why I had to stay there without any options. Now coming to their best sides, the surroundings, environment and atmosphere is top notch. Their setup is nice. Pool side bench, there's a swing and one tower with fairy lights. Everything is enjoyable. The food comes with the package also very good. The food and quantity is very good. Food menu is also good. Surprisingly the restaurant is well cleaned. The people in the restaurant zone are well trained. As I went there on a rainy day they provided umbrellas for every room. I hope the higher management of this property sees my review and takes necessary steps.
