I'm staying at the hotel and the service is absolutely excellent. Every day after dinner on Arab Street, I come over to the hotel lobby for the best tea. Honestly, it's the best tea and the best view of the street. A huge thank you to (Ann Chee🌹 )for her cheerful demeanor, wonderful welcome, and excellent service. Thanks also to her colleagues. Been to KL many times always wanted to stay in this GMH KL finally got a chance to stay. Upon arrival we was warmly greet and welcomed by Miss Durga Darhini . She was very welcoming and assisted me with my needs. Its important for the front staff to make a pleasant approach where it creates and impressions which she did perfectly. Overall stay was great.
