Been here many times, both for business and family vacations, and have never been disappointed by their very nice and caring staff, which is the main reason we keep coming back. Convenient location, good facilities, nice indoor design, clean and cozy atmosphere. The buffet breakfast area is well taken care of. Will definitely return next time! 💐

The first hotel that matches all the descriptions and lived up to its standard in the 2 weeks that I've been in Vietnam. Customer service was on point rooms were clean bed firm but comfortable got a corner room with 2 balconies and views of the town from high up. Even the security spoke English well. There's free secured parking at the back for my rental scooter too. Special mention to the young ladies at reception who were helpful and directed me to one of my best meals in Vietnam so far.
