I had a pleasant stay here. My room was as pictured in the photos I saw before booking. Room was clean with working AC, tv, etc. I didn’t see any bugs in my room during my stay here. Staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. Hotel is conveniently located about a 10 minute drive from the city center. There are so much to share! Our stay here was awesome and basically no complaint. Upon arrival, all the staff were being so helpful - from the bell boy, receptionist, restaurant crew to the housekeeping. 5 nights staying here, breakfast and afternoon tea was one of the most looking forward one. Absolutely love love love this hotel the moment we walked inside. They are extremely clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Our room looks amazing and the pool was the kids favorite. If you are visiting Da Lat and don’t know where to book your hotel, I highly recommend staying here. It’s not too far from the Center of Da Lat, it has a laundromat two doors down from the hotel which makes it super convenient to wash.
