Solid choice for a stay in Sibiu. Rooms are okay and clean. The breakfast selection is pretty nice with a great view if it’s not foggy. Rooftop bar/restaurant is a bit empty on the evenings but someone always turns up to tale your order. They have free parking outside of the hotel which is nice.

We had a very good stay at the Golden Tulip. The staff were kind enough to call me after checkout when I forgot my phone in the room - a big thank you for that! The hotel itself was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The room and bed were very good, slightly outdated in style, but well kept, and we expected that. It’s more of a business hotel feel, but it suited our needs perfectly for a stopover. The only area that could be improved is breakfast. The variety was limited, the toast took ages and b
