By far the best overall hotel in Puerto Princesa. The location is directly on the ocean with amazing attractions like Subterranean river, Mangrove Island, zip line and waterfalls. Rooms are clean and spacious with many of them having direct access to the beautiful pools. Nel is a very friendly and hard working turn-down service. Nel takes cares of many needs. The front desk does everything to make your stay as easy as possible. The wait staff goes above and beyond for all your needs.
