This is a long-overdue post and I feel bad for not posting my review earlier, but the Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown team deserves the highest compliments for their exemplary services. We visited end of December 2025, the check-in process was smooth & as I was looking at the complimentary activity board at the lobby, one of the staffs (apologies I didn’t get your name) came over & offered to sign me up for some of the activities even without me having to lift a finger. Had a 5 night stay here in Jan 2026 with my family and really enjoyed it! I thought the hotel was really well maintained and modern with a great ‘Chinatown’ twist to the interiors. The hospitality of the team there is phenomenal, with a special mention to Kira, who is their hospitality supervisor. We were late to the bracelet making activity for kids (included in your stay) and they gladly offered to hold the session again the next day (not normally scheduled for that day) to accommodate!
