Excellent choice for a stay in Cuenca. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. Beautiful rooftop pool and well-appointed gym make for nice amenities. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were excellent. If you like shopping, it is next to a large mall and convention center.
