Our stay was beyond our expectations. The service was of a high standard and above all other Fairmont properties that we have stayed at. Any room service calls were answered promptly and within minutes what we needed was at our door. Every staff member from the time just before entering the hotel to our room acknowledged and smiled. Very welcoming environment. Well done to all the staff and the management staff for ensuring high quality standards with every guest.

Everything was simply wonderful during our visit. The breakfasts were superb! The rooms were clean and spacious. The views were absolutely stunning! The only thing I would recommend is updating the hot tub and pool area—they stand out a bit from the overall experience. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was just perfect!

Very convenient location with an amazing view of the harbor. Most popular restaurants are within a decent walking distance. The Christmas Market is just around the corner from the hotel and there is a beautiful view of the water with city lights on the opposite side of the city, which makes evening strolls very fun and perfect for pictures.
