We really enjoyed our two stays at this hotel. On arriving we were impressed by the sense of luxury and calmness. The staff greeted us, made us feel welcome and took charge of our luggage. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. One our first stay (three nights) we had a large room on a high floor overlooking the river. It was clean and well equipped; for the second overnight stay between flights, our room was on a lower floor - a little smaller but just as comfortable. The breakfast

My sister and I stayed here twice during our trip in Egypt, 2 nights before and 2 nights after our Nile cruise. The hotel is grand upon entering and staff were extremely attentive. Security was great. We requested and higher floor and away from the elevators and were granted this both times. The rooms we stayed in on the 16th and 19th floor had large twin beds and a grand bathroom. There are multiple restaurants to enjoy.
