From the moment I arrived to leaving I had superb service from everyone. I specifically want to mention Hannah at Reception. She greeted me warmly and very efficiently booked me in - and gave me a warm cookie. There was also a very tasty free iced tea. My room was lovely and the bed/pillows a dream. I was about to have a nap when the noise from a family with a toddler and baby broke the calm. I texted Hannah and asked if I could be moved to a quieter room and this was sorted within 10 minutes b

I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge, and I especially want to shout out Alfie at reception. From the moment I arrived, Alfie was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. He made check-in smooth and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and comfortable.
