The rooms and location 5 stars. The reason I ranked the service 1 star is because: Firstly, on the first day when checking in, the receptionist wanted to charge me for the second person even though the person is for 2 people. Its a double bed room but they wanted to charge me for the second person which is nonsense, I have been staying with Hilton for more than 3 years and its the first I have heard such a thing. The front desk supervisor or manager came in a then he said it’s okay we don’t have to pay, which is fine. Secondly, after checking out I have noticed they sent me the receipt for only one of the rooms I booked, even though we had 2 rooms in total and 2 separate reservation. I had to call the hotel 3 times and they made me wait 7 hours, for them just to email me the other rooms receipt, even though they said they will do it in about 2 hours. Overall, customer service is not the best at all. I hope they improve it and train their new employees for better communication skills.
