Great hotel, AMAZING staff! I broke my foot and had to extend my stay in Tartu. I just showed up after midnight, and I didn't have a reservation (as it was an emergency). They gave me the room closest to the elevator, and helped me with everyhing. When I went down to the lobby for breakfast, 3 staff members rushed to get me EVERYTHING from the open buffet (as I couldn't get a plate myself), and I didn't even have to ask. They just saw me, smiled and did it. Update after 4 days: they kept being
