My stay here was incredible. I stayed for 2 nights. And ate breakfast & supper here. The food was perfect. As Indonesians who have a really strong taste buds, I liked the food here. The room was cozy, hot water worked well, the heater also worked well. another plus point, this hotel has a door directly to a shopping mall. and it was a pretty great mall too. The staff speaks english well. The reception even helped me to find a taxi driver to take me & my friends to see sunrise and hot air ballons

Amazing service from start to finish. Ms. Berfin from Guest Relations and the whole team were super helpful and made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and Ms. Fatima from the breakfast team was incredibly kind. We had such a great time and will definitely be back for another trip 💙
