We regularly stay at the Crown Metropol for a little family getaway and it's always a great experience. It is a perfect spot for a mini vacation with the kids. They have an absolute blast on the water slides, which are definitely the highlight of our trips. If you are looking for a fun and enjoyable stay with the family, the Crown Metropol is well worth a visit. We would definitely go back!

Came for a 2 night stay to spend quality time with my daughter. The room was good, nice and clean. I'm not sure it should still be classed as 5 star though. Room doesn't get made up unless you specifically request it and in my past stays they have to be constantly nagged to get it done, so I didn't bother this time. We ate at Guillaume, Junction Grill, and had drinks at La Vie and the Lobby. All excellent service, especially La Vie. The pool was very disappointing, there were people who put thei
