Our friends and us rented both of the rooms. Both modern and recently renovated, one was slightly larger than the other. Just a street view but less than 10 minutes to the beach promenade, the palace and many restaurants. Mira, our host, was very helpful. Great place, don't judge by the ' look of the building.

Comfortable room that is very close to the Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace. Check in was easy and host was informative and helpful. Strong WiFi, great water pressure and a comfortable bed - can’t ask for more! Beach towels, snacks and water were provided, which was very much appreciated.

1. Very friendly hosts - My friend and I stayed during the summer month and were greeted with comfortable and clean room with cold water, juice and two bottle of beers. There were some biscuits for us too. We asked the host if there was laundry service in the building and the host said that they would help us. My friends and I were immensely surprised that the host themselves laundried, dried and ironed all our clothes. We were truly impressed by such friendliness! 2. Great location - only a few

The room was so warm and excellent! The facilities were more than enough. The owners Mira and Nino Vidovič were welcoming and cooperative. The location was great too, a short walk away from the Palace.
