5 Stars all round, we booked this last minute and wasn't sure what to expect, the hotel met every expectation we had and went above and beyond throughout our stay! Service is top of the agenda, matched by quality in all the products on offer! Housekeeping work tirelessly round the clock the hotel is immaculate! We had a pleasant stay at this resort. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service throughout our stay was excellent and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Also Ayșe is a very good Zumba teacher. However, the options for children’s activities are quite limited. There aren’t many choices, and on rainy days especially, kids can easily feel bored due to the lack of indoor activities.
