I had a fantastic stay at Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre, and the service truly made it memorable. Eva at reception was absolutely wonderful welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She made check-in smooth and instantly made me feel at home. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Erika and Grazi. Both were so friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. Excellent option. The room was very clean and spacious and had a wonderful view. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient -walkable distance from Piccadilly gardens. Farah was very helpful during our check-out. Overall, I had a great experience during my stay.

We stayed as a couple on Sunday night. Reception staff, bar staff and breakfast staff all friendly and welcoming. Room was large, bed comfy and shower refreshing. Hotel spotless and bar area had lots of large comfy chairs/sofas. Breakfast served until 10 am and we arrived about 9.30 am. It was very busy and I personally felt the stress of the hosts/waitress when there were no free tables. Wait was minimal and Nikita was outstanding in her customer service and a credit to your hotel.
