Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were amazing, especially Mr Z. , who went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. He contacted me not only by email but also by phone as soon as I sent a message about our arrival. He even arranged a ride to take us up to the hotel since we had quite a bit of luggage. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated — especially the outdoors. The exterior areas are charming, with flowers,

My husband and I spent 4 wonderful nights at CinqueTerre Residence! From the start, they were very accommodating and helpful. On the day of arrival, they messaged us on WhatsApp so that we could have a line of communication with them for the duration of our trip. Any time we needed anything, we would message them and they would promptly respond. They organized a taxi to pick us up from the station. It was super simple and was free as part of our stay.
