Chileno Bay is absolutely stunning, but what truly sets it apart from other hotels is the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fernanda, who took incredible care of us throughout our entire stay. She handled all of our reservations, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and was always just one text away. Beautiful resort and property. From the time you arrive, until the time you leave, it’s 5 stars across the board. The staff are amazing and beyond friendly. I love a good beach and most of the resorts in Cabo do not have swimmable beaches, however, Chileno does with excellent snorkeling. The food is outstanding, & drinks are yummy. I could see us bringing our kids back to the resort too. We will definitely be back.
