Great facilities, modern and clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast (which is served in the café that's also part of the property) is also very good. Reserved parking spots are available in front of the building.

Choosing Caramel during my stay in Gjirokastra made my trip even more enjoyable. The room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, also I found everything I needed there. The staff were very polite and even helped us park the car. Breakfast was delicious, served quickly and I found the atmosphere really relaxing. If I come back to Gjirokastra, I would definitely choose this hotel again :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and very clean, the staff were friendly and always available to help. I also really appreciated the free parking and especially the free ironing facilities — such a great convenience. Highly recommended!
