Amazing property and even better service. The breakfast reviews are all true -- an incredible way to start every day with such quality food. The only downside of our entire stay was that the pool in the pool suite did not have any heat and was difficult to take advantage of in late October. Do also be aware too that the local taxi rate is 50-60 euros and the hotel charges 110, so there is a little bit of price gouging for convenience which we fell into on arrival before booking our own transport

Unbeatable caldera views, vastly spacious well-attended room, top-notch breakfast (included), extremely convenient location and what turned out to be our favorite fine-dining experience of the trip. Canaves Suites, as the locals call it, is known to be the best. Arriving, we were upgraded to their newly opened Pool Suite, where everything was pristine white, clean and immaculately maintained. The best part was waking up every morning to another beautiful day of caldera views, and lazy sunsets
