From a "Builder" point of view, it's a 3 star, they are in need of some repair, nothing a skilled carpenter couldn't handle. They were ( I was in 2 different units) very clean, and obvious efforts were made for expected rental price. Property outside was surprisingly clean, no trash , no cigarette buts any where that I saw, which is rare. The staff were more friendly than others that I encountered during our search. It isn't the best and it's not the worst. I searched for bed bugs ( every where

The room my father and I received was clean, spacious, and up to date. We received a good rate for the 3 nights we stayed. The room came with a microwave, mini-fridge and flat screen tv with your standard cable from Comcast. They also have free Wi-Fi but depending on which room you stay in the signal varies. No free breakfast, but that's fine because there is a very nice 50's style diner right behind it and another diner down the road.
