I had a wonderful stay at Blue Turtle Hotel. After accidentally leaving my one-of-a-kind hat behind during an Ang Thong Islands excursion, I thought it was gone for good. The hotel staff went above and beyond—especially the receptionist, Nikki, who arranged for it to be shipped to our home in Phayao within a couple of days after the hat was dropped off. Currently at Blue Turtle and having the most amazing time. Rooms are clean and as a small boutique hotel, it is quiet and peaceful, yet within minutes of the hustle of Chaweng Beach. We have enjoyed the laid back ambiance and the very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent and good value for money and the Long Island Iced Tea, one of the best cocktails on the island…. Just spent 4 wonderful days here. definitelly best hotel from our 2 weeks trip in Thailand. The main impression we had was from receptionist Nikki, she was BRILLIANT!!! We cant even explain by worlds. Very nice bungalows, very well cleaned, all the staff is friendly. Breakfasts&drinks also amazing. Perfect location- there is no noise and you can sleep very well, but the center of Koh Samui is like 5mins at maximum. DEFINITELLY COME BACK HERE! Sending love & care to Nikki ❤️
