Very nice hotel located in the centre of Sibiu. The bed was comfortable and the room was overall good. A lot of storage space. Excellent breakfast. It was possible to get gluten free bread. There is a lot of parking space in front of the hotel and the parking was included. The staff was polite. The air conditioning worked. Only disadvantage is that the balcony is facing the nearby park. The moment you open a window a lot of bugs start to fly inside. It would be nice if the hotel could buy window

This hotel is the perfect combination of nature and city access! The location, right on the edge of the beautiful Sub Arini Park, gives it a wonderful, tranquil atmosphere. I highly recommend asking for a "Park View" room—it's worth it for the fresh air and scenic setting. Despite being next to the park, the Old Town is an easy and pleasant 15-minute walk away. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff were truly exceptional: polite, professional, and quick to help with

A few days ago, my family, friends, and I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in Sibiu. I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful experience – the service was excellent, the staff were always smiling and attentive, and the breakfast was warm, fresh, varied, and delicious. We were returning from a long journey back to Bulgaria and stayed in several different countries and hotels along the way. I can confidently say that your hotel was the best. The bed was the most comfortable

This hotel is conveniently situated in a quiet area, with a bus stop and a park just steps away. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. On-site parking is available, though it appears to come with a charge. Breakfast, served from 7:00 AM, is serviceable but not outstanding. The beverage machine offers rather odd drinks, so we'd suggest sticking to the tea or coffee facilities for your morning brew. You'll find a better selection of savory items at breakfast. While the rooms have seen so

Best Western Silva is a slightly older hotel and not exactly on the budget-friendly side. The rooms aren’t particularly modern, and overall, the place could definitely benefit from some renovation, especially considering the price point. However, the location makes up for a lot — it’s practically in the middle of the park, which gives it a peaceful and green setting. The rooms with balconies are a big plus and add to the overall experience. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing memorable. For the ra
