This is an amazing location. Most of the luxury hotels don't even have multiple docks like this residence. Service at the beach is great and prices are pretty reasonable. There is 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom options with all the necessary amenities. Rooms are little dated if that's really important to you. But otherwise the location can't be beat. Golf cart service all day long is also great given the steep hill if you are in one of the units up top.
