Once we became a guest his service with a smile continued, answering all our questions. When we encountered a problem, he addressed it and rectified it immediately. I had a wonderful stay at Arlo Chicago! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located.walking distance to so many great spots downtown. The rooms were comfortable and everything felt modern and welcoming. My kids absolutely loved the stay, which made the experience even more special for our whole family. First of all a special thanks to Holden Ochsenhirt, I made a mistake by booking two adults only but had my two children with me and He didn't charge us additionally. The drinks and snacks provided in the room were convenient to have ( for a fee). The location is perfect for walking distance, public transportation, and sighteseeing. Last, but not least, the security at the hotel were fantastic, so cannot up on the elevator without scanning your room key.
