I’m not staying at Aloft. I’m staying in another very nice hotel in Thamel and I walk a few hundreds meters to Aloft for the breakfast, easily the best I’ve experienced in the hundreds of times I’ve had breakfast in this wondrous city. Among a cornucopia of menus and options I like the made-to/order dosa masala, beautiful as it is delicious. Here’s a photo.
