Stayed here 3 nights in late January. Loved the location and service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location to the old town, which was perfect for access to the river, the tailors, so many restaurants and activities. The breakfast was yummy, and the pool looked beautiful (we didn’t have time to enjoy it, as we were too busy exploring). The room was good. The only reason I didn’t give the room 5 stars is that the bed was not the ultimate in comfort, but it was g

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms, facilities and food were outstanding. The staff were so customer focused and genuinely interested in making your stay perfect. We were particularly lucky to have Nancy and Ming looking out for us. Ming organised trips and offered suggestions for meals and Nancy checked in doing likewise, just perfect. If that wasn’t enough we had an opportunity to visit the spa, the ultimate indulgence bit so affordable. We will definitely stay here if ever in H
