Staff are accommodating, the supervisor & staff at the cafe are nice and friendly. You can have your coffee at the penthouse or just on their bar area on the ground floor and It's great to just chill also, especially during winter. Awesome.

The hotel is brand new, very close to the metro station which takes you anywhere. You have a supermarket 24/7 and lots of food places. The hotel itself is very beautiful with a pool and outdoor sitting, the staff are treating people with positivity and professionalism, offering help to everyone, specially the lobby coffe shop employees. Very recommended, one of the best I've been.
