Great public square. Lots of restaurants and bars surrounding the square. Too bad about the graffiti. The place is a real town square and a public resource where locals come out to enjoy their town.

A charming and bustling square, full of life. Vendors selling their goods, children playing, and everyone just enjoying themselves. Truly a lovely place to gather your thoughts in the shade. Plenty of shops / restaurants surrounding this location.

Perfect place to have a walk in the evening. When we went to Oaxaca there were free concerts (one at the main square and another in the adjacent one). I was impressed 😍 Of course you can get souvenirs and food around.

What a charming little plaza in the center of the city. It’s just steps away from the Mercado de Juarez, but there are also vendors here as well. You’ll find a lot of the same products. There are lots of moments with different statues, plaques, etc. you’ll find people walking through or spending time with friends. It’s definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the city center. It’s full vivid colors and a lively spirit!

Nice square for sitting and digesting all the delicious food from the city. Small but good market with souvenirs. Working fountains and pigeons, all in all a good stop
