A great place to sit with your girlfriend at sunset and enjoy a picnic. Located close to Chatuchak Market, with a beautiful view of the city skyline and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a quiet evening away from the crowds.

State Railway Park opens daily from around 5am. It is walkable from both MRT Chatuchak and BTS Mochit.
Tremendously huge park with lots of nature sightseeing. From pond to trees and sunflowers. Many types of trees all around.
You can either jog, walk, run or cycling here.
Many wild animals can be seen here too. A lot of professional and novice photographers often come here for photoshoot.
Theres sport center, court, cafes, public toilets all around.
Highly recommend.

Another surprisingly large and wonderful park in Bangkok, easily reached by MRT. The park appeared to be full of wildlife, with many people walking and running. Helpful locals pointed me to some beautiful owls high up in the trees, seemingly unbothered by all the people photographing them.

Right across the street from Chatuchak Park is Wachirabenchathat Park, one of my favorite places for a calm walk or a run. Highly recommend it.
The park has a large lake inside and Next to the lake, there’s also a designated area where dogs can run around freely🐶🐾🐕🐩such a happy spot to watch😘

Today I visited Wachirabenchathat Park (State Railway Park) – สวนวชิรเบญจทัศ in Bangkok. It’s a very peaceful and refreshing place, surrounded by greenery and fresh air. The park is spacious, with wide walking and cycling paths, making it perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll. I really enjoyed the natural atmosphere, large shady trees, and beautiful lake views. It’s a great spot to escape the busy city life and spend some quiet time with nature.
