Tijuca National Park is an absolute masterpiece and a must-visit in Rio de Janeiro. It is surreal to find yourself in the world’s largest urban rainforest just minutes from the city streets, surrounded by crisp air, waterfalls, and incredible wildlife. The view from Vista Chinesa is easily one of the best in Brazil, offering a unique perspective of the Christ statue and the coastline. Worth visiting. The weather on the day was cloudy with occasional light drizzle. The park was wet after last night's rain. This add on to the experience of "venturing" into a rainforest. We booked through Viator while Grayline leads the tour. Our guide, Ms Roberta was very knowledgeable and guided us through the tour. The views on top were breathtaking. Muito bem 👍🏼👍🏼

It's the perfect backdrop for some amazing photos! There was a "natural water fountain" coming out of the mountain! Cold, fresh water. One of the guides from a tour filled up her canteen while we were there. That was pretty cool. The park at the bottom is cute. I took off 1 star only because of the no-see-ums, also known
