The main tower of this impressive cathedral, completed in 1520, is 74 meters tall and used to be tallest building in Transylvania. It actually features five pointed towers, so the visitors may not understand how tall the main tower is, until they take the stairs all the way to the top. Although the stairs are steep, the views worth the effort. Not only the rooftops of all the buildings in town are visible from the tower, but also the green hills around Sibiu and even the Fagaras mountains in the

Great view from the tower. I recommend going up. There's nothing particularly interesting inside the cathedral.
