I was visiting and prayed there one night during Ramadan. I noticed that the muezzin who has a beard is a hardworking man who cares about the mosque. He burns incense and sprinkles perfume. When he stands up, he makes coffee. He cares about that, even during the day in Ramadan. I think that burning incense during the day in Ramadan is doubtful that it breaks the fast, so it is better to avoid doing it during the Maghrib prayer. May Allah reward him with good.
