It's pretty nice, even if it's right next to the highway, it quiets down the traffic. Gets crowded in peak time i.e evenings but it's overall pretty chill. Also has a Hindu temple as a public toilet and exercise equipments and a different section for kids which was really well maintained. Kathmandu needs more of such third places. Props to the people who have made it free of cost and accessible.

Sankha Park is a hidden gem in Kathmandu — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for morning walks, yoga, or simply relaxing in nature. The lush greenery, fresh air, and calm atmosphere make it a great spot for both locals and visitors. Whether you're looking for some quiet time or light exercise, this park is a great choice. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and peace!
