In the heart of Brazzaville's administrative center, this roundabout serves many commuters who appreciate its tranquility. It connects the presidential palace to the train station and Mpila, and from the Poto-Poto town hall to the Corniche, home to large shopping centers such as the Grand Fleuve (formerly Casino), the Radisson Blu, and the Grand Hôtel de Lacoupol.
