We were there in august on monday from 12 till 20:00. Beach was less crowed than we expected, the number of people was okay👍 Set of 2 sun loungers and parasol cost 20€ and includes also toilets. The water is quite shallow, suitable for children.

Portorož Central Beach is very nice and well kept, with plenty of space and good facilities. The sand and swimming areas are clean, and the promenade adds to the lively atmosphere.

The water wasn’t quite as crystal clear as you might see on postcards, but still pleasant for swimming. It does get crowded, especially in peak season, similar to the Italian Riviera, so expect a busy beach experience.
