A very pretty plaza in a central location in Punta del Este, where two of the city's main thoroughfares meet: Franklin D. Roosevelt Avenue and General Jose Gervasio Artigas Boulevard. The green space appears well maintained. Due to heavy traffic on these two arteries, access to the plaza is difficult and dangerous.
